愛と平和のヨガクラスとお昼ごはん。

”すべてのいのちにありがとう”
古民家で暮らしながら、無農薬・無施肥で土づくりを大切にした農業をしているみつやまの里とおしだゆきの愛の企画。
ヨーガとシンギングボウルで身体をみつめる・つつむ・ほぐしてく。
みつやまの里のお野菜をつかったお昼ごはんで心をホカホカに。
１月のプレイベント、２月４月を経て、引き続き５月もめでたく開催します。

10:00 トーテムヨーガクラス＋シンギングボウル
12:00 虹のごちそうタイム
その後は、おしゃべりをしたり、絵本タイムがあったり〜出店を見たり、ゆるゆると・・

持ち物ヨガマット/飲み物/ブランケット

会場のみつやまの里には、自然の恵みがいっぱいにあふれていて、

もうそこの空気をすうだけで、全身が満たされます。

そこでは身体の中に通っているエネルギーチャクラを整えたり、みつやまの里のお料理をもりもりと味わい、ゆーーーーーったり、和やかに過ごしていきます。

自然でありのままでOKと思える。

無理がない。

ストレスがない。

笑ってもいいし、泣いてもいい。

なんの制限もない、自分らしくいられる、そんな愛のおまつりです。
